The Return from Injury program at Salient is the bridge between rehab and life. We help you rebuild strength, restore confidence, and move with purpose after surgery, setback, or time away from training.
This is not random exercise. Every session is designed around where you are now, what your body needs next, and what your life demands from you. We focus on controlled strength, joint stability, mobility, movement quality, and progressive loading so you can return to training, sport, work, and daily life with more confidence.
