Our programs target the individual needs of each of our athletes. We incorporate years of expertise in workout design, nutrition, injury prevention and recovery to create a healthier, stronger, faster athlete.
Athlete training
PHP Provides off-season and in-season programs to our athletes.
The off-season training program begins with a thorough assessment of strength, balance and power as well as a body fat analysis. Each 3-5 week phase consists of 3-5 workouts per week. A variety of testing modalities are used to design each

For the body to perform, recover and rebuild optimally, proper nutrition must be addressed. We start with a detailed health story evaluation to understand any physical limitations, daily energy levels, sleep patterns, and genetic risk factors. We follow this with a 14-point body fat assessment which reveals where your body stores fat and exposes possible hormonal imbalances.
