Hybrid Training

Hybrid Training at Salient is built for people who want expert coaching without needing to be in the gym every day.

At Salient Performance, you train with us in person 1–2 times per week, then complete 1–2 additional sessions on your own that we program and upload into our app for you. It gives you the structure of a full training plan with the precision of hands-on coaching where it matters most.

Your in-person sessions are used to coach technique, progress key lifts, make adjustments, and keep the plan moving in the right direction. Your independent sessions are designed to be clear, efficient, and easy to follow, so you are never guessing what to do when you train on your own.

This is not a generic workout template. It is a guided training system built around your goals, your schedule, and your ability to execute consistently. The goal is simple - give you the plan, coaching, and structure to make progress — even when we aren’t standing next to you.
