Salient incorporates years of expertise in program design, nutrition, injury prevention, accountability, and recovery to create a healthier, stronger, faster athlete. 

Salient offers one-on-one, semi-private, and remote training for athletes in off-season and in-season programs.

The off-season training program begins with a thorough assessment of mobility, flexibility, strength, balance, and power, along with a body fat analysis. Each 2-4 week phase consists of 2-3 workouts per week. Once data is collected and analyzed, we custom-design a sport-specific, individualized program for the athlete, complemented by a nutrition plan, supplementation, and recovery protocols.

The in-season training program consists of 1-2 personalized workouts per week designed to maintain strength and prevent injuries. This program also includes in-season nutrition, fueling & hydration strategies around practice and games, and recovery protocols.

Salient has been with me every step of the way — from high school, to Maryland, to the professional level. I walked in at 170 lbs thinking I was “ready.” By the time I left for college, I was 190 lbs, stronger, faster, and running a 4.49 in fall testing.
What makes Salient different is the precision. Nothing is cookie-cutter. Every phase and every progression is tailored to the athlete — and the standard is constantly evolving.
